However….

All items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are excluded.

To return the goods please fill in the return section below and enclose it with your goods. Take your parcel to your nearest post office. Goods are returned to franc at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.

Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original card holder.

We can only exchange an item where a different size or colour of the same item is requested (subject to stock levels)

Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached as they are deemed part of the product. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be given.
